CRM Application to Be Part of Technalign's Total Solutions for SMB to Enterprise.

Technalign, Inc. has announced that they are finalizing a merger with HEAVYindustrial, Inc. the makers of the HIATLANTIS CRM application. Technalign, Inc. uses HIATLANTIS for its customer management as well as incident reporting and billing. The merger will set the stage for Technalign's next generation of Linux solutions for business applications.

Dianne Ursini, CEO of Technalign, Inc. stated, "the acquisition sets the pace as a Linux solutions provider delivering not only desktops and servers, but companion applications. The merger enables us to extend the scope of our offering and address businesses requirements by combing development and commercial requirements, resulting in strong offerings."

Technalign will leverage the HIATLANTIS application internally while offering business solutions to the market. Technalign also plans on extending the functionality of HIATLANTIS to include a Point of Sale system in the second quarter of 2006 for it's current retail and reseller base. The merger creates a Linux distribution that will have the ability to penetrate the growing Linux applications arena. The two companies have no conflicting areas of interest, and proceeding with the merger plans, Technalign will be creating a one-stop solutions base for the SMB to Enterprise markets.

The newly merged companies will retain the HIATLANTIS name for the CRM and is counting on the power of that synergy to deliver high-end applications based on the HIATLANTIS base. The two companies, which had previously viewed each other as partners, are now counting on their respective areas of concentration to be complementary.

Linux can now come into the core of the business community with its ease of use. Technalign believes that the merger will make significant strides in accelerating the success of TaFusion MEPIS Linux adoption. Technalign feels that it's newly merged company will have a high-impact on the market.
