Dianne Ursini, CEO of Technalign, Inc. stated, "the acquisition sets the pace as a Linux solutions provider delivering not only desktops and servers, but companion applications. The merger enables us to extend the scope of our offering and address businesses requirements by combing development and commercial requirements, resulting in strong offerings."
The newly merged companies will retain the HIATLANTIS name for the CRM and is counting on the power of that synergy to deliver high-end applications based on the HIATLANTIS base. The two companies, which had previously viewed each other as partners, are now counting on their respective areas of concentration to be complementary.
Linux can now come into the core of the business community with its ease of use. Technalign believes that the merger will make significant strides in accelerating the success of TaFusion MEPIS Linux adoption. Technalign feels that it's newly merged company will have a high-impact on the market.
