Monarch Computer Systems is listed as one of the top 10 system manufacturers in the country by NASBA. The company is  an AMD Platinum Solution Provider, an Intel Premier Provider, and one of six companies to be elected to nVidia's Select Builder Program. The company has been awarded AMD's most prestigious award, the Crystal Wafer, for outstanding partner, and is also NT and Novell certified.

Monarch also builds and delivers the Ultimate Linux Box (ULB) line of Linux workstations, a line which has been updated and expanded with recent new products.  Monarch notes that it adheres to ISO 9002 quality control standards, with each computer run through a rigorous battery of tests, including a 48-72 hour burn-in diagnostic period for full compatibility as well as a full 62-point inspection.

After completing the testing procedures, Monarch's quality control manager, with over 20 years experience, conducts a hands-on final check of systems to be delivered, and the company offers an onsite 24/7 warranty on all Monarch computer systems.
