MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/20/06 -- 2006 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC), Booth 751 -- PISA Security Inc., information-security experts for the hospitality industry, today launched its PisaPartner(TM) service provider program. With a planned nationwide roll out, the PisaPartner program gives PISA Security clients access to 24/7 remediation support that complements PISA Security's suite of network intrusion-detection and -protection solutions for hotels, resorts and timeshare properties.
Tustin, Calif.-based Jaslink Solutions is the first provider to gain PISA Security's accreditation as a PisaPartner. Jaslink will provide remediation-support services to PISA Security clients in the Orange County, Calif. area.
"Jaslink specializes in IT solutions for the hospitality industry and its expert knowledge in this field can offer hotels and motels complementary solutions to our suite of products and services," said Marcus Bruninghaus, co-founder and chief executive officer, PISA Security. "We work side by side with our IT colleagues at hotels to identify and correct gaps in their network security set up. By adding PisaPartner to our service offerings, hotel IT managers have another line of defense to correct potentially serious network security issues before an intrusion occurs that compromises guest and employee data."
In addition to the PisaPartner program, PISA Security offers three other products and services. PisaProtect(TM) combines client and network security to deliver multilayer network protection. PisaDefend(TM) works as a two-stage process. In stage one, PISA Security engineers establish a baseline by conducting a patch-level audit of the entire network and reporting any holes that are found. Secure audit policy settings then are applied as recommended by the nation's top security institutions. Stage two involves the installation of PISA's exclusive monitoring device that enables the local hotel IT staff to look for any unusual activities and monitor the availability of all applications, computers and network equipment. Finally, PisaMind(TM) is an information-security awareness training program designed to be seamlessly integrated with a hotel's existing learning management system.
Information-security value-added resellers and integrators who wish to apply for the PisaPartner program should contact 866-909-PISA.
