Bluegiga a présenté aujourd'hui son nouveau système sur module sans fil : Bluegiga APx4. L'APx4 est un système sur module sans fil à basse puissance qui intègre Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, ARM et Linux, offrant une plateforme idéale de développement pour les passerelles sans fil.

Le Bluegiga APx4 est un système sur module à petit facteur de forme et basse puissance, qui comprend les normes de connectivité sans fil les plus récentes : 802.11 b/g/n et Bluetooth 4.0. L'APx4 est basé sur la famille de processeurs i.MX28 de Freescale et utilise un système d'exploitation Linux intégré basé sur le Projet Yocto[TM]. En plus d'intégrer le processeur ARM9 de 454 MHz, les technologies de connectivité sans fil et le système d'exploitation Linus, l'APx4 comprend également plusieurs applications intégrées, comme le 802.11 et les stacks Bluetooth 4.0, l'application de gestion de l'IEEE conforme à Continua version 1.5 et beaucoup d'autres.
