Synygy, the largest and most experienced provider of incentive compensation management (ICM) and other sales performance management solutions, today announced its ranking as one of the top four best IT companies to work for in this year’s Dataquest-CMR survey of Best Employers in India, a jump of 23 places from 2011.
The Dataquest-CMR Best Employer Survey, the results of which are presented in two sets of rankings based on company size, provides a valuable benchmark for employee candidates in the Indian IT industry. Among the businesses with fewer than 2,000 employees, Synygy also received top ten rankings in seven other categories, including first place in both Company Culture and Gender Inclusivity, and second in Employee Satisfaction.
“Our corporate culture is based on a set of core values that we refer to as OPTIC, which represents the attributes of Ownership, Professionalism, Teamwork, continuous Improvement, and Client focus,” said Mark A. Stiffler, Synygy president & CEO. “It is this shared set of values that fosters the strong culture of collaboration and innovation that consistently helps Synygy attract the best of the best of IT professionals.”
Synygy India has been instrumental in the design and development of the recently launched Optymyze platform, an integrated set of cloud-based software products designed for touch devices. The all-new technology has enabled our global team of software professionals to hone their skills on multi-platform, cross-browser development using HTML5, J2EE, AJAX, Spring, JPA, Linux, and the latest mobile, cloud, and virtualization technology.
“In addition to an amazing culture, Synygy is working with cutting-edge software development tools. The result is a work experience that is both professionally and personally rewarding,” added Stiffler.
