Computhink, Inc., a leading provider of Electronic Document and Content Management Solutions to the small to mid-sized market, announced today their recognition as "Best Channel Vendor" in the January 2013 issue of Business Solutions magazine. The award is for the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Software category.
"For five consecutive years, ViewWise resellers have voted Computhink as Best Channel Vendor," said John Stelmach, President of Computhink. "The credit goes entirely to our channel of resellers who have helped us deliver best-in-class, market-driven products across all industries. We continually strive to deliver unrivaled support services as evidenced by our exceedingly satisfied channel of resellers. Computhink continues to rely on this channel first and foremost – we view their success as our success."
BSM specifically pointed out that Computhink earned the best average scores of any provider in the survey. Computhink notched a rating of 4.8 out of a possible 5 in VAR Margins, Service, and Product Features, confirming Computhink’s ranking as the leading, channel-driven vendor for product, service, and support in the document management industry.
Results were tabulated by averaging ratings given in the following seven categories: Service/Support, Channel Friendly, Channel Program, Product Features, Product Reliability, Product Innovation, and Adequate Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Margins. The survey was conducted online, which allowed for over 7,500 votes to be cast. Business Solutions collected votes from VARs over a period from mid-September through early-October, 2012.
Computhink's ViewWise document management software solutions fully integrate with third-party applications. Such integration capabilities provide an accelerated ROI for end-users and generate additional professional services revenue for ViewWise resellers. ViewWise has shown proven success across a multitude of industries, with customers in government, financial services, education, healthcare, manufacturing, and utility organizations, among others.
