As structural test access is becoming more limited, Kozio addresses the growing need in the embedded hardware test area to do more software based functional testing for both design verification and production test. Trilogic will market and sell Kozio's Verification and Test OS (VTOS™) solution, which will both complement and expand their current offering in the hardware design and data management areas. Trilogic has been a value added reseller and provider of services for more than 20 years and has been developing products that enhance design environments since 1996.
