Los accionistas de Dolby eligen a Micheline Chau para su Junta Directiva

Dolby Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE:DLB) anunció hoy que los accionistas han elegido a Micheline Chau para la Junta Directiva de Dolby en la reunión anual de accionistas de 2013, celebrada el 5 de febrero. La Sra. Chau también servirá en el Comité de Auditoría de Dolby.

La Sra. Chau fue antes Presidenta, Directora Operativa y Directora Financiera de Lucasfilm Ltd., y le aporta a Dolby una gran experiencia en la industria del entretenimiento.
