VXL lance ses nouvelles solutions de virtualisation de clients légers pour les environnements Citrix et VMware

Manchester, Royaume-Uni - Le fabricant mondial de périphériques clients légers et de connexion au cloud, VXL, dévoile sa nouvelle gamme de périphériques de bureau pour l'Amérique du Nord et l'Europe occidentale. Elle comprend deux modèles SoC (System-on-Chip) - le client zéro Xtona J12-z certifié Citrix et le périphérique de bureau Gio Linux J54 - mais aussi le client zéro Vtona V200 PCoIP® certifié VMware avec deux connecteurs DVI.

Client zéro Xtona J12-z, SoC, certifié Citrix Ready™
Conçu pour l'environnement Citrix, le modèle SoC J12-z intègre l'accélération matérielle HDX™ dernier cri, un processeur ARM Texas Instrument de 1,0 GHz, et un facteur de forme compact et ultramince. Périphérique respectueux de l'environnement, avec une faible consommation d'énergie de seulement 8,7 watts, le J12-z comprend une mémoire embarquée flash de 4 Go/RAM de1 Go, ainsi qu'un ensemble complet de fonctionnalités, dont quatre ports USB et l'interconnexion de réseaux Gigabit.

Périphérique de bureau SoC Gio Linux J54
Le périphérique de bureau SoC J54 est également doté du tout dernier processeur ARM Texas Instrument de 1,0 GHz, et exécute le système d'exploitation Gio Linux de VXL, pour une utilisation dans les environnements utilisateurs VMware ou Citrix. Avec un gabarit ultramince et une faible consommation d'énergie identiques au modèle J12-z, le J54 affiche également une liste impressionnante de fonctionnalités : mémoire embarquée flash de 4 Go/RAM de 1 Go, quatre ports USB, ports DVI-I/DV-D et interconnexion de réseaux Gigabit.

Client zéro Vtona V200 PCoIP® certifié VMware
Solution idéale pour les utilisateurs de VMware Horizon View™, le client zéro Vtona V200 intègre le processeur Teradici 2321 PCoIP® pour offrir des performances supérieures pour tous les environnements de cloud, de virtualisation et de bureau distant. Garantissant de riches prestations multimédias, avec les graphiques 3D, la CAO, la FAO, la vidéo, etc., le tout dernier V200 prend en charge jusqu'à deux écrans d'une résolution pouvant atteindre 2 560 x 1 600.

Qualifié de « véritable » client zéro, le Vtona V200 ne comporte pas de système d'exploitation, ni de pilotes de périphériques ou de ventilateur, et il est silencieux. Il affiche des spécifications de premier ordre : 512 Mo de mémoire, quatre ports USB et une garantie de 3 ans en standard.
