TA Associates annuncia un investimento di maggioranza in Bomgar

TA Associates, una delle principali società globali di private equity, oggi ha annunciato di avere completato un investimento in Bomgar, uno dei principali fornitori di soluzioni aziendali per il supporto in remoto. Non sono stati comunicati altri termini dell’investimento.

Le soluzioni software di Bomgar consentono ai professionisti del supporto tecnologico di accedere in sicurezza a dispositivi e sistemi di elaborazione remoti, e controllarli, dovunque nel mondo.
