HOBLink Mobile jetzt auch für Android erhältlich

Das deutsche Softwareunternehmen HOB GmbH & Co. KG verkündete heute, dass HOBLink Mobile neben iOS nun auch für Android Geräte erhältlich ist. Die mobile App für den sicheren Fernzugriff kann ab sofort kostenlos über den Google Play Store heruntergeladen werden.

HOBLink Mobile ist eine App für Mobiltelefone, die Nutzern den sicheren Fernzugriff auf E-Mails, Kalender, Kontakte und Notizen im Unternehmensnetzwerk ermöglicht. Die App ist die perfekte Lösung für eine mobile Arbeitsplatzstrategie, bei der großer Wert auf die Sicherheit der Unternehmensdaten gelegt wird. Bei der Benutzung der App werden keinerlei Daten auf dem Endgerät gespeichert, da diese zu jederzeit auf dem Server des Unternehmensnetzwerkes bleiben. IT Administratoren können somit sicher sein, dass sensible Geschäftsdaten niemals in die Hände von unautorisierten Anwendern fallen – selbst wenn das Gerät verloren geht oder gestohlen wird.

Unternehmen mit mobilen Arbeitsplatzstrategien genießen viele Vorteile, wie eine erhöhte Produktivität, optimierte Arbeitsprozesse und potenzielle Umsatzsteigerungen. Die HOBLink Mobile App wird auf einem Android Gerät installiert und agiert von diesem als Client, der mit dem HOBCOM Universal Server, der sich im Unternehmensnetzwerk befindet, kommuniziert. Für den gesamten Datenaustausch wird ein eigens von HOB entwickeltes Kommunikations-Protokoll verwendet. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass die Verbindung zu jederzeit hochperformant, zuverlässig und vor allem sicher ist. Die HOBLink Mobile App ist ab heute auch als Android Version verfügbar. Darüber hinaus ist HOBLink Mobile schon seit längerem für das Apple iPhone, iPad und den iPod touch erhältlich. In Kürze wird HOBLink Mobile auch für Geräte, die auf Windows oder Linux laufen, verfügbar sein.
