SUGAR LAND, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/16/07 -- Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas) -- Evergreen Solar Incorporated's $165 million plant being built in Devens, Massachusetts, is on a fast-track construction schedule. The company officially broke ground for the plant on September 13, 2007, and expects the plant to be operational by the summer of 2008 and at full capacity by the end of 2008.
