V2K International, Inc. Announces Common Shares to Commence Trading as VTOK on the OTC Bulletin Board

LAKEWOOD, Colo., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- V2K International, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: VTOK) , a software development and licensing company which also owns and operates a leading franchise business, today announced that shares of its common stock commenced trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol VTOK.

The Company recently completed a SB-2 Registration Statement filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission, which was preceded by a Rule 506 private placement of its securities. "We are delighted to become a publicly trading company," said Vic Yosha, President & CEO. "This is a very exciting stage in our development. Access and exposure to the public markets should advance the commercialization of our technology and the growth of our franchise business model. Our recently completed Decor Creator software has been very well received by our existing franchisees, and we look forward to announcing new areas of development and licensing in the future."
