Auspice Introduces Support for Linux Operating System

Complements Existing Solaris OS Availability for the OpsLogic Suite of Network Service Assurance Solutions

Auspice Corporation announced that the Auspice OpsLogice Suite of network service assurance solutions is now available on the Linux operating system. Adding support for Linux in addition to existing support for the Solaris operating system provides MSOs with increased flexibility in choosing the hardware to be used in their data centers.

“Providing the OpsLogic Suite on the Linux operating system is a direct response to customer and market demand for leveraging the flexibility and reliability of the Linux platform,” says Doug Beattie, Director of Product Management at Auspice. “By offering our customers the choice of Linux or Solaris, we’ve increased their hardware options, while allowing them to choose which platform to use based on their specific pricing and performance requirements.”
