PORTLAND, OR -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/06/08 -- Save Your World(TM) (http://www.saveyourworld.com) announces a new brand, Save Your Body(TM), to complement its Save Your Hair(TM) and Save Your Skin(TM) brands. The first Save Your Body(TM) product in this new line is a moisture-rich Castile Body Wash (liquid soap) made with organic olive, organic coconut, organic castor, and organic palm oils.
"We have sourced pure organically grown and certified oils from organic farms located in Brazil, Philippines, and Greece for our new Save Your Body(TM) line," according to Save Your World President Scott Cecil. "As a conservation company with a mission to protect the environment, we ensure our oils are independently certified and produced in an environmentally friendly and socially equitable way."
Save Your Body Castile Body Wash is gentle enough for all skin types and can even be used as a face wash. It is available in two sizes -- 8 and 16 oz, and three scents -- Oasis Fruit, Regal Blossom, and Rainforest. Like all Save Your World(TM) natural products, this all over wash is infused with the unique ingredient organic, Yerba Maté, which is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals to invigorate the skin. Also always included is nutrient-rich organic Aloe Vera which moisturizes and soothes the skin. Samples of the new Save Your Body(TM) Castile body wash will be available at Natural Products Expo West 2008, booth 4116, at the Anaheim Convention Center from March 14 to 16.
A new bar soap will launch under the Save Your Body(TM) brand later this year.
About Save Your World(TM)
Founded in 2006, Save Your World(TM) is a green company made up of family and friends who share a passion for preserving the world's natural resources. Save Your World(TM), under the brands Save Your Skin(TM), Save Your Hair(TM), and Save Your Body(TM) introduced the first pure organic yerba mate-infused, all-natural personal care product line in the U.S., with the mission to Save Your Rainforest(TM) through the product pledge "One Product = One Acre of Rainforest Saved for One Year(TM)." Products are available in a complete line of pure organic yerba maté and pure organic aloe vera-infused natural shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, shower gels, body wash and exfoliating soaps with glycerin. Save Your World(TM) goes to great lengths to ensure that its natural products are made in an environmentally sensitive manner and pledges:
-- fair trade practices will always be our policy
-- no animal by-products will ever be used
-- we will not test our products on animals
-- raw materials will be biodegradable
-- packaging will be made of recycled or recyclable materials
Save Your World strives to minimize the environmental impact of its choice of oil sources, recognizing that in some parts of the world, for example in Borneo, precious rainforest habitat is being cleared to make way for new palm oil plantations to satisfy the rapidly growing demand for biofuels.
