Timesys Corporation launched LinuxLink 3.0, a software development service that reduces time, resources and the risk of building an open source, Linux-based product. LinuxLink 3.0 was created to help development teams navigate the challenges of evolving Linux code bases.
LinuxLink 3.0 subscribers can access the following core elements:
- embedded Linux sources,
- the Factory build engine - ensuring repeatable builds from source with a scriptable GNU-based environment,
- a Toolbox of configured development tools including GDB and OProfile, and
- access to years of embedded Linux experience via documentation, learning center resources, community forums and support.
Embedded Linux developers can register for a free LinuxLink 3.0 Test Drive for a limited time.
Upon activation, developers can build a custom, bootable embedded Linux image for select development kits while experiencing the LinuxLink Factory.
