Alentus Corporation (Pink Sheets:ALNS), a leading provider of web hosting, sharepoint hosting, dedicated servers, and datacenter services, today announced a new partnership to provide business customers with unified VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone service.
Alentus has partnered with MyWorkplace Online, a managed voice service provider, to provide SMB and enterprise customers with integrated VoIP telephone services. The companies will immediately begin to create solutions packages that will provide incentives for customers of each company to adopt both VoIP and web hosting services.
According to an eWeeks.com Mar 30, 2009 report, “A new survey shows Internet voice services topping the list of industries that are defying the recession. With a projected revenue growth of 20.1 percent, VOIP services easily outdistance e-commerce and online auctions.”
"We see VoIP services as a high value extension of our product line and believe that it will achieve significant penetration into our customer base,” said William King, CEO of Alentus.
“This partnership completes another objective in our effort to develop the Alentus brand as a global full-service IT solution provider,” added Mr. King.
MyWorkplace Online president Bill Kline said, “We are excited to join Alentus as a technology and marketing partner based on their high quality data centers and robust network. We look forward to the success of our joint marketing initiatives.”
