Included as part of the new standard application hosting package is management and monitoring, a 99.97% uptime SLA, a 4 hour hardware replacement commitment and round the clock technical support (24/7x365). The service comes with a range of HP server specifications (suitable web, application and database), as well as a supported or managed Microsoft Windows Server with IIS, and REDHAT Linux v4 or v5 with Apache or Personal Home Page (PHP).
